Minister Patricia Bridges

Minister Patricia Bridges – A Licensed Minister with 16 years of experience. She is a state Licensed Family Counselor and National Crisis Disaster Counselor. Patricia is Director of our Helps Ministry which serves families with first respondent resources and information in times of family crisis. In 2014, Patricia is taking her love for counseling and sharing it in ministry under the anticipated launch of our “Care and Counseling” ministry, which will focus on providing and servicing individuals and families that are bereaved, needing assistance in recovery from addiction, and providing workshops on a variety of topics and issues aimed at addressing social challenges of the day.

Leah Dade

Leah Dade has and Undergraduate Degree in sociology/political science and a Jurist Doctorate from Rutgers Law School. She possess over 15 years’ experience in non-prophet program management. This includes experience in grant writing for state, federal and private foundations, and she is the Executive Director of our Eternal Light CDC where provides comprehensive oversight and supervision of all programs operated out of Eternal Light geared towards having a social and economic impact in the lives of everyday people in our community.   Learn more at www.eternalightcdc.org

Lady NaDeen Richardson

Graduate of Temple University, BA in Business Administration, with 17 years of ministry experience and Director of Family Life Ministries (FLM). As a former 1988 Olympic qualifier, and high school coach, Lady Richardson is aware of the family structure needed in order to foster a cohesiveness that helps families realize their dreams. FLM assist members by providing and making them aware of resources we provide at FBCSO that promotes individual and family wellness. Lady Richardson has a natural love and desire for the family, both in community and the church. She sees to it that FLM remains dedicated in working hard to help families and individuals experience the blessings of God’s kingdom on earth for family wholeness as modeled in Scripture.

Rev. David Clement, MDiv.

Graduate of New York Theological Seminary, Ordained Assistant Pastor and Director of Missions Focused ministries at FBCSO. He has a God given passion for helping others experience the justice and love of Christ. In a word, Rev. Clement is mission minded which makes him the perfect solider for missions in our church.  Like that in our missions focused ministries at FBCSO, in his personal ministry, “Have Mercy Ministries,” Rev. Clement extends and a hand to ordinary men and women of society who are in need and shares God’s mercy. He also oversees “Men in Harmony,” men’s ministry at FBCSO.   Rev. Cement offers a biblical model of what is means to share God’s love and grace in community.

Rev. Dr. Keisha Harris, DMin.

Graduate of Drew Theological Seminary, Ordained Assistant Pastor and Director of Senior Staff Development. With a desire to help others establish themselves in ministry, Dr. Harris works alongside seasoned ministers inspiring to develop and work in next level ministry. Corresponding with our vision to disciple others to impact the world in God’s plan of salvation, Dr. Harris helps equip, shapes, and mentors our lay ministers for next tier leadership within the church setting. Leader are not born. They are made. Dr. Harris helps develop our minister to senior staff ministry within our church.
